Individual coaching
3-6 month 1:1 coaching journeys with regular sessions to achieve your professional or personal goals and drive sustainable healthy behavioral change (where desired)

Our manager has a large influence on the team's wellbeing. So much so that our manager affects our mental health more than our romantic partner or our therapist. I will partner with you to help you better support your team's wellbeing and boost performance.
