About me
Hi - I'm Julie Sandrine Rust-Bodenmann
I'm a culture, wellbeing, and change management expert, executive and team coach, and former McKinsey consultant with a passion for helping people and organizations thrive through transformational change. My unique blend of strategic and analytical thinking, business acumen, drive, and positive energy inspires healthy behavioral changes at the organizational, team, and individual level and achieves lasting results.

As a former McKinsey strategy consultant, I have extensive experience leading transformation and integration offices for Fortune 500 companies and smaller European firms, managing large-scale change from strategy through execution. My specialty is improving organizational health by driving culture change, always balancing analytical rigor with passion, positive energy, empathy, and momentum. One of the achievements I am most proud of is helping a client move from bottom quartile to top quartile in the McKinsey organizational health index within a year.

As the Global Head of Wellbeing for Credit Suisse, I implemented its first global wellbeing strategy, turning ambitious goals into practicable outcomes within just a few months. I first supported our employees through a high-stakes transformation and later, after UBS acquired Credit Suisse, through the integration as the Global Wellbeing Lead for UBS Group.

As an ICF, Happy Whole Human, and Positive Intelligence trained coach, I partner with teams and individuals to achieve goals that will maximize their performance and wellbeing.

I believe in personal development and love to learn. I have a background in psychology and degrees from Columbia, Yale, and INSEAD. I enjoy immersing myself in diverse cultures, of companies as well as countries. I live in Switzerland (my home) with my husband and our little girl after living in Chile, France, Germany, Panama, Singapore, Spain, and the US. I offer all my services in English, (Swiss) German, and Spanish, and some services in French.
