Why get support?

There are high barriers to entry when trying to sell wellbeing solutions to corporates.
Some of the reasons include:

  • Complexity of corporate procurement processes

  • Intense competition and oversaturation (existing wellbeing initiatives)

  • Failure to convincingly address business needs and ‘speak corporate language'

  • Difficulty to demonstrate return on investment

What I do

Strategic advisory

  • Partner with you to define and pursue your goals

  • Bring in my corporate wellbeing and strategy consulting expertise to help you fine tune your strategic positioning (incl. value proposition), product, and sales approach

  • Challenge your thinking, bring new ideas, and make recommendations

  • Support ‘hands on’ where needed, e.g., test product, edit pitches

If you're just starting out, or you've been working on your 'baby' for several years, start-up life is intense, and your team might be under a lot of pressure to perform. Establishing productive and supportive team dynamics are fundamental to help you succeed. I support you.
